The Lakas VA Internship Program is designed to help bridge the gap between learning VA skills and actually working with clients.
2 Weeks of Training
Start with two weeks of structured training using Lakas resources, including videos, worksheets, and other learning materials designed to help you build and strengthen your VA skills.
You'll also have weekly touchpoints with your Success Manager to help keep you on track and answer questions along the way.
2 Weeks of Real Client Experience
After completing your training, you'll have the opportunity to be endorsed to a real U.S.-based client whose needs match your skill set.
This is your chance to experience what it's actually like to work with a client, complete real tasks, communicate professionally, and apply your skills in a real business environment.
Ongoing Support
You're never left alone.
Throughout both your training and internship, you'll have a Success Manager who serves as your guide and support system.
You'll have weekly touchpoints to help you stay on track, work through challenges, and make the most out of your experience.

When a client is looking for a specific set of VA skills, we identify trained VAs who match their requirements and endorse qualified candidates to the client.
03 — Get Matched With a Client
Once you complete the training, you'll become eligible for client endorsement.

04 — Gain Real Experience
If selected, you'll work with a real U.S.-based client for a two-week internship.
You'll get the opportunity to put your skills into practice and experience the expectations of working with a real client.

If your client is satisfied with your work and has an ongoing need, you may have the opportunity to continue working with them.
And even if that particular client doesn't hire you, your journey doesn't stop there.
You'll be added to the Lakas Solutions pool of VAs, where you can be matched with other clients looking for your skills.
